About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will serve as a vital partner in the rehabilitation journey, assessing patients' functional abilities and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. Your work will focus on delivering evidence-based interventions that help patients master daily living skills and adapt to their environments.

You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic rehabilitation plans, ensuring a unified approach to patient care. A key part of your day will involve communicating progress clearly with patients and their families, educating them on home programs, adaptive strategies, and safety measures. Additionally, you will maintain accurate clinical documentation in our EMR systems and contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
