About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist on our team, you will help seniors maintain independence, confidence, and quality of life through meaningful, goal-driven interventions. Our model allows you to provide quality, individualized care all under one roof, eliminating the stress of constant travel or rushed visits.
You will play a vital role in our care continuity approach by collaborating with home health partners within the same communities to ensure consistency and seamless transitions for both patients and staff. This role offers a supportive environment that values autonomy and professional growth, featuring consistent caseloads within a single community setting.
