About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapy in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Your primary mission is to facilitate rehabilitation by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. You will monitor patient progress closely, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. A key part of your day involves educating patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and strategies for integrating therapeutic activities into their daily lives, ensuring care extends beyond the clinical setting.
