About the Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, board-certified Minimally Invasive Gynecologist (MIGS) with a desire to be part of a growing OBGYN Academic Medicine program. The successful candidate will receive a faculty appointment with the University of Arizona, commensurate with credentials.
The role involves the integration and alignment of all clinical and academic assets of Banner Health and the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix to develop a highly differentiated and reliable value-based delivery model. You will have the opportunity to serve as the Program Director of the MIGS fellowship program (AAGL). The position requires a candidate with demonstrated academic and scholarly productivity who possesses the energy and enthusiasm to mentor and teach Banner University Medical Center Phoenix (BUMCP) medical students, residents, and fellows. A key part of the day-to-day mission is encouraging life-long learning among residents while practicing evidence-based medicine and contributing to research.
