About the Role
We are seeking an OBGYN Residency Program Director to lead our integrated residency program at Saint Agnes Medical Center. This is a unique hybrid role, split between 0.5 FTE as a Program Director and 0.5 FTE in clinical practice.
In this position, you will organize, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of the residency program in strict accordance with ACGME requirements. You will remain current with clinical developments in OBGYN and actively participate in professional activities related to resident training. Your leadership will be central to both didactic and clinical educational activities, where you will mentor residents and foster their professional growth. This role requires a passion for leadership development and the ability to communicate effectively with resident physicians, teaching faculty, hospital administration, and SAMP associates.
