To qualify for the OBGYN Physician at Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc. position, applicants should have: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school; Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program; Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology; Active and unrestricted Kentucky medical license; Current DEA registration and Kentucky Controlled Substance License; and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
