About the Role
This full-time OB/GYN Hospitalist opportunity is designed for physicians seeking a dynamic, high-impact environment without the burden of traditional office management. The role focuses on delivering exceptional care to women and families, handling obstetric emergencies, performing deliveries, and providing surgical assistance. Hospitalists will collaborate closely with local physicians, evaluate and treat triage patients, and provide leadership within the Labor and Delivery unit.
A key component of this position involves mentoring the next generation of physicians by educating residents and medical students. The hospital supports a collaborative culture where physicians can focus entirely on clinical excellence and patient outcomes.
Work Model & Schedule
This position offers a unique 24-hour shift model that eliminates on-call duties and office management responsibilities. Shifts are scheduled 90 days in advance to ensure work-life balance, providing the physician with 21 or more days off per month. This structure allows for a flexible schedule while maintaining a consistent presence in the hospital.
