About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified OB/GYN Generalist to join our academic team in York, PA. This unique position blends high-quality clinical practice with meaningful teaching responsibilities within a dynamic residency program. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in outpatient care and a genuine passion for educating the next generation of physicians.

The Role in Context

This position offers a distinct 50/50 split between OB and GYN care with no delivery responsibilities, allowing for a focused outpatient practice. You will serve as a preceptor for 20 residents, supervising and mentoring them in the clinic while managing your own patient volume. The team structure includes six physicians, five APPs (CRNPs and Midwives), and a supportive environment designed for professional growth.
