About the Team

McLeod Health is a 7-hospital, non-profit private healthcare system located in South Carolina. The Seacoast location features 155 patient beds, while McLeod Loris is a not-for-profit 50-bed hospital specializing in general surgery, women's services, emergency care, critical care, urology, and therapies. The system is currently expanding with the new Carolina Forest campus, a 43-acre, seven-building facility expected to open in 2026 with a $56 million, four-story state-of-the-art facility offering 48 beds.

About the Role

Join us on a journey to grow our Comprehensive Women's Health program in our beautiful coastal community. This is a turnkey opportunity to join an established practice with a large demand for GYN & OB services. The team currently includes 6 full-time physicians and one Physician Assistant, with a goal to grow further. The role offers a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday with a half-day on Friday, allowing you to structure your time your way. You will hold clinic at any site and benefit from a close partnership with Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM).

The practice is supported by Da Vinci Robotics at every location and OR availability at all campuses. Labor & Delivery currently averages 650 babies per year with a call rotation of 1:6, with a goal to grow to a 1:8 schedule. A new state-of-the-art Labor & Delivery unit is set to open within the new hospital in Carolina Forest in 2028.
