We are seeking a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Urogynecologist to join our established Women's Health program at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Southern New Hampshire. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a collaborative, community-based environment with the resources and support of a nationally recognized health system.
You will practice within a collaborative, multidisciplinary women's health team in a growing community setting. The program includes 8 full-time OB/GYN physicians, 2 gynecology-only physicians, 21 Certified Nurse Midwives, 9 APPs, and support staff. This established structure provides reliable internal referrals, shared expertise, and a team-based approach to complex patient care. The collaborative environment allows you to focus on high-quality clinical work while benefiting from experienced operational and clinical support.
With a strong built-in referral base and access to modern surgical facilities, including three DaVinci robotic systems and CI robotic systems, you will maintain a robust procedural practice while expanding access to specialized women's pelvic health services in the community.
Enjoy a balanced schedule and supportive work culture that values collaboration, innovation, and physician well-being. Located in Southern New Hampshire, the community offers coastal New England living, proximity to Boston, excellent schools, and no state income or sales tax—creating an exceptional overall lifestyle opportunity.
As part of our not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) designation, you are eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. You will also benefit from fully integrated Epic electronic health records across the system and access to professional development, education, and career advancement opportunities.
