Key Responsibilities

- check_circleBreak down carts and remove scraps from patient trays
- check_circleAssemble and deliver late patient trays and special requests
- check_circlePortion, weigh, and garnish food according to menus and diet instructions

- check_circleClean and sanitize all assigned areas
- check_circleOrganize, plan, and manage time effectively to complete assignments
Requirements
- verifiedFood handler's permit if mandated by state or county regulations
Nice to Have
Training in food preparation for therapeutic diets. Recent institutional cooking experience and special function cooking experience. Knowledge of food safety guidelines.
