We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Staffing Coordinator to ensure ideal staffing allocation and scheduling within our facilities. This role exists to maintain a delicate balance between patient needs and staff welfare, requiring a proactive approach and keen attention to detail. You will serve as the backbone of our nursing operations, developing and maintaining schedules across multiple facilities while coordinating with department heads to address shortages and resolve complex scheduling conflicts.
In this position, you will not only monitor staff qualifications to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations but also facilitate the onboarding process for new nursing hires. Your day-to-day impact will be felt through the reports you generate on staffing trends and budget considerations, ensuring our policies are met while supporting the professional development of our nursing staff.
