We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Staffing Coordinator to ensure ideal staffing allocation and scheduling within our network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. This role is vital for maintaining the delicate balance between patient needs and staff welfare. You will embody our commitment to excellence by proactively managing nursing resources across multiple facilities.
In this position, you will partner with department heads to assess staffing needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and address unexpected challenges. Your day-to-day work involves monitoring staff qualifications to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, facilitating the onboarding of new nursing hires, and coordinating ongoing staff development. You will also provide critical reports on staffing trends and budget considerations, ensuring our operations remain efficient and compliant.
