About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Staffing Coordinator to ensure ideal staffing allocation and scheduling across our facilities. This role exists to maintain optimal staffing levels that support both patient needs and staff welfare. You will embody our commitment to compassionate care by proactively managing nursing resources, ensuring that every shift is covered by qualified professionals ready to deliver exceptional service.
In this position, you will serve as the bridge between department heads and nursing staff, coordinating schedules, resolving conflicts, and facilitating onboarding and training. Your keen attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be essential in addressing staffing shortages and navigating complex scheduling challenges to keep our hospitals running smoothly.
