About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Staffing Coordinator to ensure ideal staffing allocation and scheduling within our network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. This role is vital for maintaining the operational integrity of our facilities, requiring a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing nursing resources across multiple locations.
In this position, you will serve as the bridge between department heads and nursing staff, assessing staffing needs and resolving scheduling conflicts to address shortages effectively. Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, facilitating ongoing staff development, and monitoring qualifications to ensure strict compliance with state and federal regulations. You will also provide critical reports on staffing trends and budget considerations, ensuring our operations remain efficient and compliant.
