About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Staffing Coordinator to ensure ideal staffing allocation and scheduling within our network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. This role exists to maintain the delicate balance between patient needs and staff welfare, requiring a proactive approach and keen attention to detail.\n In this position, you will be the backbone of our staffing operations, developing and maintaining schedules across multiple facilities. You will partner closely with department heads to assess needs, address shortages, and resolve complex scheduling conflicts. Beyond logistics, you will play a vital role in the human element of our organization by facilitating the onboarding of new nursing hires and coordinating ongoing staff development and training. Your work will directly support our mission by ensuring that every shift is covered by qualified professionals compliant with state and federal regulations.
