About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Staffing Coordinator to ensure ideal staffing allocation and scheduling within our network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. This role is vital to maintaining optimal staffing levels that support both patient needs and staff welfare. You will embody our commitment to compassionate care by proactively managing nursing resources across multiple facilities.
In this position, you will partner with department heads to assess staffing needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and handle unexpected challenges. Your work will directly influence the quality of care delivered by ensuring that qualified nursing staff are available when and where they are needed most. You will also play a key role in the onboarding process for new hires and coordinate ongoing staff development and training.
