We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Staffing Coordinator to ensure ideal staffing allocation and scheduling within our network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. This role exists to maintain the delicate balance between patient needs and staff welfare, requiring a proactive approach and keen attention to detail.\n In this position, you will serve as the backbone of our nursing operations, developing and maintaining schedules across multiple facilities. You will partner closely with department heads to assess staffing needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and address unexpected challenges. Your work will directly support our mission by ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, facilitating the onboarding of new hires, and coordinating ongoing staff development.
