About the Role
We are hosting a dedicated hiring event for Registered Nurses across a wide array of specialties, including Cath Lab, CVICU, SICU, MICU, ICU, Emergency Services, PCU, Med/Surg, Surgical Services, PEDs, NICU, Woman's Services, Telemetry, Transplant, Blood Cancer/Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant, Neurology, and Nephrology.
As a Registered Nurse at Medical City Dallas, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care consistent with the scope and standards of practice for your specific department. In collaboration with medical providers and the care team, you will provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, modeling a commitment to our organization's vision and values to support an unparalleled patient experience.
