About the Role
As a Nursing Professional Development Practitioner, you will serve as a strategic partner to nursing leaders and interprofessional teams, leading clinical education and staff development initiatives. This community-focused role is designed to assess learning needs, design and deliver comprehensive orientation and ongoing education programs, and support the implementation of evidence-based practices.
In this position, you will guide preceptors and new nurses, facilitating in-person and virtual training, skills labs, and simulations. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining regulatory and accreditation standards while tracking education outcomes to ensure staff competency. By collaborating across the system, you will help drive professional development initiatives that align with our quality and safety goals, ensuring every team member has the tools they need to excel.
