As a Technical Partner at Independence Health, you serve as a vital link in the continuum of patient care. Working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), you provide both direct and indirect care to ensure patients receive the support they need throughout their hospital stay. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of care, addressing patient needs promptly, and fostering a safe, healing environment.
Your day involves responding to call lights, assisting patients with activities of daily living, and performing a wide range of clinical tasks such as vital signs monitoring, EKGs, and wound care. Beyond clinical duties, you act as a patient advocate, communicating pertinent information to the nursing team and participating in educational efforts to help patients and families manage health outcomes. You will also collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare providers, ensuring that patient safety and regulatory compliance remain at the forefront of daily operations.
