About the Role
As a Full-time Night Shift Nurse Supervisor RN, you will make a meaningful difference in residents' daily lives by leading our Skilled Nursing team. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will ensure a safe and healthy environment where staff, residents, and visitors can participate in the resident's daily life rhythm.
Your day involves actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care" while supervising and coordinating nursing services. You will train and mentor RN, LVN, and CNA team members, fostering a positive working environment committed to quality of care. This role is pivotal in bridging clinical needs with the human element of senior living, ensuring every resident receives the highest level of support and dignity.

Requirements
- verifiedCompletion of Accredited Licensed Nursing Program (RN)

- verifiedBS Degree preferred or equivalent education/experience
- verifiedMinimum 1-year professional managerial experience
- verifiedProficient computer skills for documentation and EHR
