About the Role

We are seeking a Full-time Night Shift Nurse Supervisor RN to join our Skilled Nursing team and make a meaningful difference in residents' daily lives. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for the nursing needs of residents while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care."

In this role, you will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm. You will supervise and coordinate nursing services, training and supervising RN, LVN, and CNA team members who are accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Your day-to-day involves assessing resident needs at admission, evaluating conditions throughout their stay, and coordinating care plans with the interdisciplinary team, physicians, and families.
