As a Night Shift Nurse Supervisor RN, you will report to the Director of Nursing and be responsible for the nursing needs of residents while actively incorporating our 'Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.' You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm. This role is about more than just clinical duties; it is about supervising and coordinating nursing services to foster a positive working environment and help residents realize their full human potential.

Requirements
- verifiedCompletion of Accredited Licensed Nursing Program (RN)
