About the Role
As a Full-time Night Shift Nurse Supervisor RN, you will make a meaningful difference in residents' daily lives while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm. This role involves supervising and coordinating nursing services, training and mentoring RN, LVN, and CNA team members, and fostering a positive working environment dedicated to quality care.
