Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist in the development and implementation of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures
- check_circleAdminister performance counseling and discipline to nursing staff as needed
- check_circleMonitor and manage staff, including providing on-the-spot feedback and conducting annual evaluations
- check_circleAssume patient care responsibilities and build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery
- check_circleServe as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff
- check_circleSupervise nursing care, treatment, and services provided during assigned shifts or on specific units
Requirements
- verifiedCurrent RN licensure as required by state regulations
- verifiedBLS certification
- verifiedACLS certification to be obtained within one year
- verifiedCRRN certification to be obtained within a year of eligibility
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- verifiedTwo years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting
- verifiedPrevious leadership role such as charge nurse or lead capacity
