About the Role
As a Nurse Supervisor, you will serve as a pivotal leader within our facility, overseeing nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of patient care are consistently met. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical operations and administrative goals, ensuring seamless coordination among healthcare team members, department managers, and administrative staff.
In this position, you will not only manage daily nursing operations but also act as a liaison to handle patient complaints and clinical issues as they arise. You will play a key part in the recruitment, training, and professional development of nursing personnel, while assisting in the implementation of new clinical programs and policies. Your day-to-day will involve assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care plans while maintaining strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
