The Nurse Practitioner at CenterWell Senior Primary Care applies advanced education and clinical competencies to achieve optimal patient outcomes. You will work on problems of diverse scope and complexity, ranging from moderate to substantial, reporting to the South Carolina Associate Medical Director.
Your role focuses on providing health promotion and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions. You will prescribe medication, examine patients, diagnose illnesses, and provide treatment. Additionally, you will advise executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance, exercising knowledge on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks. You will work independently, utilizing analysis of variable factors to determine the best course of action.
This is a patient-facing role requiring a Tuberculosis Screening. You will be working on-site at our Decker Blvd. Clinic with a full-time Monday-Friday schedule. We are looking for someone passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences and willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone.
