We are seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our team and perform mobile advanced wound care services. In this role, you will travel locally within your designated region to visit patients in their homes or skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). This position is designed for candidates living in North & Central Houston, TX, who are willing to drive to see patients throughout the Houston area.
This is a hands-on, on-the-road role where you will select and perform necessary tests and procedures, manage wound care plans, and provide patient education. Whether performing debridement, applying topical treatments, or documenting findings, you will play a vital part in healing patients where they live. No prior experience is required, as we provide extensive training and 24/7 support to ensure your success.
