A-Line Staffing is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner Float to support a Fortune 500 client in Ballwin, MO. This role offers significant career growth potential within a dynamic healthcare environment.
As a contract assignment expected to last approximately one year, the Nurse Practitioner Float will serve as a vital link in the clinical care team. The position is safety-sensitive and patient-facing, requiring a professional who can practice autonomously while effectively utilizing technology and electronic medical systems. The role is designed for candidates who thrive in a collaborative setting, working daily to improve patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
The ideal candidate will be a resident of Missouri, ready to engage in a schedule that includes Monday through Friday (8:30 AM – 7:30 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM), and Sunday (9:00 AM – 4:30 PM). This schedule involves every other weekend and possible holiday rotations. Prior to starting clinical duties, candidates will undergo a three-week training schedule, working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
