About the Team

HRMC is dedicated to providing local access to care for our communities. Our mission is driven by five core values: Respectful, Engaged, Available, Competent, and Helpful. We value the unique talents of each individual, strive to be active participants in our communities, and foster knowledge-driven, people-centered teams. We are committed to helping others with kindness and compassion while maintaining the highest standards of safety and care.

We are currently seeking Spanish and Karen bilingual applicants to join our Information Systems team. This role is critical in supporting clinical staff through the education, adoption, and daily operation of electronic health record applications and systems.

About the Role

In this position, you will serve as a vital bridge between clinical needs and technology. You will be responsible for planning, teaching, and coordinating the day-to-day functions of electronic records, including specific report generation and dictionary updates. Your work ensures that hardware and software remain functional, up-to-date, and secure for end users.

You will assist in the direction and implementation of new technologies, ensuring proper support and safety guidelines are followed. A key part of your day involves troubleshooting technical issues for current and new users, translating complex technical concepts into understandable language, and developing quick reference guides. You will also participate in interface development, desktop standardization, and the deployment of hardware and software.

Beyond technical support, you will act as a role model for team members, assist in the training and orientation of new staff and students, and actively participate in committees such as quality improvement and documentation teams. You will maintain a clean, safe work environment, adhere to infection control policies, and ensure all equipment is properly utilized and maintained.

Hiring Process

Candidates must pass a background check and complete all relevant onboarding requirements. We look for individuals who demonstrate a good attitude, effective communication skills, and the ability to exceed the expectations of coworkers, families, and physicians.

Equal Opportunity

HRMC is an equal opportunity employer. We encourage Spanish and Karen bilingual applicants to apply for any open positions in which you are qualified. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
