About the Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to join our team at The Recovery Village Salem in Salem, Oregon. This role plays a vital leadership position supporting the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department while ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. The Assistant Director partners closely with the Director of Nursing and may serve in the Director role when needed, acting as a key pillar in our mission to restore hope through compassionate, clinical leadership.
