Are you a licensed pharmacist looking to take your career to the next level in a high-impact, high-tech environment? At SOFIE, you will play a key role in preparing and delivering radiopharmaceuticals that help doctors diagnose and treat patients every day. This is a unique opportunity to work hands-on in a cleanroom setting, ensuring top-notch quality and safety standards while being part of a collaborative team that keeps our operations running smoothly and safely.
If you are detail-oriented, love science, and want to make a real difference in patient care, this is the place for you.
As a Nuclear Pharmacist I within our Network Operations department, you will be instrumental to the Quality Assurance Program at SOFIE. You will work closely with the QA division at the site level to ensure the highest standards of care. Your day will involve compounding, dispensing, and distributing radiopharmaceuticals, including the synthesis and quality control of FDG and NaF. You will operate in a clean room environment with occupational exposure to radiation, adhering to strict aseptic operations and cGMP controls.
Beyond the technical aspects of reagent preparation and dose management, you will serve as a bridge between our operations and our customers. You will provide quality customer service to physicians and healthcare workers, monitor metrology programs, and assist in resolving customer concerns. This role requires a blend of scientific precision and interpersonal skill, as you will train and supervise nuclear pharmacy technicians while effectively interacting with functional personnel to resolve quality-related issues on the spot.
SOFIE is built on a foundation of safety, compliance, and collaboration. We maintain a state of cGMP control at every site, ensuring that all operations meet USP, FDA, and state pharmacy requirements. Our team values those who are responsible, dependable, and professional in a fast-paced, highly technical environment. We are committed to maintaining accurate training records, investigating non-compliance problems, and proposing solutions that keep our patients and partners safe.
To join our team, please submit your application highlighting your experience in nuclear pharmacy, radiation safety, and your commitment to quality assurance. We look forward to reviewing your background and discussing how your skills can contribute to the future of medicine at SOFIE.
