About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (PA) to join our collaborative team at Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz, CA. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced hospitalists in a supportive, team-oriented setting. You will provide high-quality, compassionate care to hospitalized patients overnight, primarily focusing on acute care and managing complex medical conditions.

The role is designed for a balanced lifestyle, featuring a 7-on, 7-off work schedule with 10-hour shifts. The open ICU setting requires no procedures or codes, allowing you to focus on patient management under the supervision of an experienced nocturnist. Additional admitting and swing shifts are available for those seeking extra compensation.
