About the Role

This position is designed to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and embodying our customer experience principles. You will be the face of the store, maintaining a clean and organized environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. The role requires embodying a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, while supporting the business by potentially working across multiple areas of the store.

Your day-to-day involves modeling customer experience practices, accurately processing purchases and returns, and promoting our credit and loyalty programs. You will uphold our merchandising philosophy, prepare merchandise for the sales floor, and actively participate in store recovery and maintenance throughout the day. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, responds well to changes in direction, and works effectively with peers and supervisors.
