About the Role

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be the backbone of our facility's operations, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, assembled, sorted, shipped, and received with precision. Your role is critical to meeting our productivity and quality goals while maintaining the high standards our discerning chef customers expect.

In this position, you will read production and customer orders to determine items to be moved, gather materials from receiving or production areas, and sort products by SKU, quantity, and type. You will assemble customer orders from stock, place them on pallets or shelves, and prepare them for shipping at the loading dock. The role requires frequent operation of electric pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts, as well as ascending 25 feet on a cherry picker while wearing a safety harness. You will also be responsible for adhering to daily safety practices for truck and trailer pulls, handling all company-issued equipment including PPE, and communicating effectively with receivers, drivers, and forklift operators.
