About the Role
Challenger Pallet is seeking a dependable Night Shift Lead / Forklift Driver to oversee a small crew operating a pallet nailing machine and performing essential production tasks. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for someone who thrives working independently, takes pride in keeping production on track, and leads by example.
The Night Shift Lead serves as the primary point of responsibility for evening operations, working closely with a small team to ensure pallets are produced safely and efficiently. In this capacity, you will not only operate a forklift to move materials and finished goods but also actively support and monitor the pallet nailing machine. Your presence ensures that production goals, quality standards, and safety procedures are consistently met while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
