- check_circleRun audit reports and journals from Front Office Systems
- check_circlePrepare daily revenue reports by auditing system accounts and journals
- check_circleBalance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset systems
- check_circleInput revenue, expenses, and allowances to generate daily reports
- check_circleVerify and imprint guest credit cards for authorization
- check_circleAssign guest rooms based on preferences and availability
- check_circleHandle guest issues and concerns to achieve satisfactory resolution
- check_circleAnswer telephone calls and book guest reservations
- check_circleMaintain cleanliness of front desk, lobby, and back office areas
- check_circleCheck-in and check-out guests while completing registration processes
Requirements
- verified2 years previous experience as a Night Auditor for a name brand hotel chain
- verifiedWorking knowledge of StayPMS, FOSSE, OPERA, HILTON ONQ, Microsoft programs, and Micros Restaurant Management System
- verifiedExceptional knowledge in accounting operations including A/R and A/P
- verifiedSkilled in math and able to operate a 10 key by touch
- verifiedMust be familiar with computer systems for Guest reservation information processing
- verifiedMust verify and imprint Guest credit cards for authorization
- verifiedMust be well versed in cash handling and accurately balance house bank
Nice to Have
Preference for experience with Marriott, Hilton, or Hyatt brands. Preferable working knowledge of OPERA, HILTON ONQ, and Micros Restaurant Management System.
