About the Role
As a Night Auditor, you serve as the vital link between our guests and the hotel's operational backbone during the overnight hours. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, combining the warmth of hospitality with the precision of financial management. You will be the first face guests see upon arrival and the final point of contact before they depart, ensuring their entire stay is seamless and memorable.
Your day-to-day involves a unique blend of guest services and back-office duties. You will greet and register guests, manage reservations, and handle concierge requests with an upbeat and professional demeanor. Beyond the front desk, you are responsible for the critical end-of-day financial reconciliation, balancing house accounts and credit cards, and generating audit reports that ensure the property's financial integrity. You will also act as a guardian of safety, conducting regular security walks, managing key control, and ensuring all OSHA and federal guidelines are strictly followed.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, solving problems on the fly, and collaborating with various departments to maintain room status and resolve guest needs efficiently. You will also play a key role in training new staff and fostering a positive, enjoyable work environment for the entire team.
