About the Role

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact, welcoming Owners and guests "home" from the moment they arrive on property until they depart. This role is designed to deliver a personalized vacation experience for each visitor while providing accurate information about the resort and surrounding area. You will interact directly with guests to anticipate and address their service needs, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay.
