At Renaissance Hotels, we believe in helping our guests experience the DNA of the neighborhoods they are visiting. Our guests come to discover and uncover the unexpected, to dive into a new culture, or simply to make the most of a free evening. They see business travel as an adventure because they see all travel as an adventure. Where others may settle for the usual, our guests see a chance to bring home a great story. And so do we. We're looking for fellow spontaneous explorers to join our team to bring the spirit of the neighborhood to our guests.
In joining Renaissance Hotels, you join a portfolio of brands with Marriott International. Be where you can do your best work, begin your purpose, belong to an amazing global team, and become the best version of you.
This position is based at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity and operational excellence of our property. You will be responsible for checking figures, postings, and documents for accuracy, as well as recording, storing, and analyzing computerized financial information. Your work ensures that cash and cash equivalents are controlled and secured according to strict policies, and that all files and records are organized and maintained in compliance with document retention and confidentiality standards.
Beyond the numbers, you will be a key part of the guest experience. You will welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs with genuine appreciation. This role requires clear and professional communication, whether speaking with colleagues, answering telephones, or preparing written documents. You will also support the team in reaching common goals, maintaining a safe and secure environment, and upholding the highest quality assurance expectations.
At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity. We actively foster an environment where the unique backgrounds of our associates are valued and celebrated. Our greatest strength lies in the rich blend of culture, talent, and experiences of our associates. We are committed to non-discrimination on any protected basis, including disability, veteran status, or other basis protected by applicable law.
