About the Role
The HCA Healthcare Residency Program at TriCities Hospital is a year-long initiative designed to shepherd you through the transition from student nurse to registered nurse. This program provides a supportive community of nurse educators, experienced nurses, and fellow residents to promote learning, clinical application, and socialization.
As a Resident Graduate Nurse, you will be surrounded by a team dedicated to your success. You will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." In collaboration with medical providers and the care team, you will serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers to support an unparalleled patient experience.
