About the Role

As a New Grad Registered Nurse, you will join a supportive environment designed to launch your nursing career. This role is centered on delivering compassionate, evidence-based patient care under supervision. You will serve as a vital link in the care continuum, performing comprehensive assessments, administering medications, and documenting accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Your day will involve collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and execute care plans. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in educating patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions. You will also actively support quality and safety initiatives, adhering to strict infection prevention standards while fostering a culture of teamwork.
