As an Area Sales Manager, you will lead, develop, and manage a diverse, high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals for our psychiatry portfolio. This role exists to set and lead the development of area strategic direction and tactical sales plans, utilizing robust analytical skills to identify strengths and opportunities while minimizing threats. You will be the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring your team delivers innovative solutions that meet the needs of internal and external customers.
In this position, you will foster a result-driven, highly collaborative team culture by demonstrating personal accountability and teamwork. You will lead by example, working collaboratively across functional areas and serving as a resource for your team. Your day-to-day involves observing Account Manager interactions with target customers and the extended treatment team, providing individual coaching, feedback, and inspiration to help them succeed in their current roles and prepare for future growth.

Previous CNS sales management experience. Previous sales management experience and/or experience in other areas of the business such as marketing, sales training, managed care account manager, sales operations, or account management. Previous sales management experience in hospital, IDN, and/or other institutional settings. Documented successful sales management performance including national sales awards. Previous experience in Injectable/Infusion and/or Buy and Bill products. Previous experience working with alliance partners (i.e. co-promotions). Previous experience partnering with Advocacy groups. Previous experience building and developing effective teams. Experience in product launch or expansion within sales.
