As a Neuroscience Account Manager for the Brooklyn South territory, you will lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio to Psychiatrists and institutional accounts, including community mental health centers and hospitals. You will execute sales and marketing strategies using comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance. This role is designed for those adept at navigating the toughest commercialization challenges in today's rapidly changing environment.
Your day-to-day involves building and maintaining productive relationships with key customers and internal teams, utilizing digital tools and data insights to develop strategic account plans. You will gather market trends, map account linkages, and apply therapeutic expertise to uncover unique opportunities. Additionally, you will stay informed on reimbursement dynamics to effectively address payer access issues, ensuring compliance with all pharmaceutical and regulatory standards.
This role is based in Brooklyn, NY, covering the Brooklyn South territory. The target area includes Prospect Heights, Coney Island, Bay Ridge, and Flatbush. We welcome candidates who live within 40 miles of these territory boundaries and have access to a major airport. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 30-40% domestically for customer meetings and conferences are essential.

Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience including depression, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Documented successful sales performance. Ownership and accountability for the development and execution of fully integrated account plans. Strong analytical background, and experience using sales data reporting tools to identify trends. Experience in calling on customers at a variety of call points, including offices, community mental health centers and hospitals. Sales experience with buy & bill/injectable products. Experience in product launches. Previous experience working with alliance partners (i.e., co-promotions). Strong leadership through participation in committees, job rotations, panels and related activities.
