As a Neuroscience Account Manager for the Brooklyn South territory, you will lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio to psychiatrists and institutional accounts, including community mental health centers and hospitals. You will execute sales and marketing strategies using comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance.
In this role, you will navigate the toughest commercialization challenges in today's rapidly changing environment. You will be responsible for creating opportunities through data-based insights, delivering compelling messages to customers, and building productive internal and external relationships. Your work will involve gathering market trends, addressing payer access issues, and ensuring strict adherence to pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
This position is based in Brooklyn South, NY. The target city is Brooklyn, and we consider candidates who live within 40 miles of the territory boundaries with access to a major airport. The territory includes Prospect Heights, Coney Island, Bay Ridge, and Flatbush. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 40% domestically for customer meetings and conferences are essential.

Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience including depression, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Documented successful sales performance. Ownership and accountability for the development and execution of fully integrated account plans. Strong analytical background, and experience using sales data reporting tools to identify trends. Experience in calling on customers at a variety of call points, including offices, community mental health centers and hospitals. Sales experience with buy & bill/injectable products. Experience in product launches. Previous experience working with alliance partners (i.e., co-promotions). Strong leadership through participation in committees, job rotations, panels and related activities.
