As a Neuroscience Account Manager for the Brooklyn South territory, you will lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio to Psychiatrists and institutional accounts, including community mental health centers and hospitals. This role exists to execute sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge, driving performance in a rapidly changing environment.
You will partner with internal teams to develop and execute fully integrated account plans, utilizing digital tools and data-based insights to create opportunities and allocate resources effectively. Your day-to-day involves building productive relationships across the "total office" account management model, gathering market trends, and addressing payer access issues. Success in this role requires the ability to deliver clear, compelling messages that drive changes in customer behavior while navigating complex reimbursement dynamics.
The primary target city for this territory is Brooklyn, NY. We welcome candidates who live within 40 miles of the territory boundaries, which include Prospect Heights, Coney Island, Bay Ridge, and Flatbush. Candidates must have access to a major airport and a valid driver's license, as driving is an essential duty of this position.

Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience including depression, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Documented successful sales performance. Ownership and accountability for the development and execution of fully integrated account plans. Strong analytical background, and experience using sales data reporting tools to identify trends. Experience in calling on customers at a variety of call points, including offices, community mental health centers and hospitals. Sales experience with buy & bill/injectable products. Experience in product launches. Previous experience working with alliance partners (i.e., co-promotions). Strong leadership through participation in committees, job rotations, panels and related activities.
