Established in 1998, Boston Neurobehavioral Associates (BNBA) provides comprehensive outpatient behavioral health and psychiatric care to patients of all ages. Led by Mohammad Munir, MD, our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, psychologists, therapists, and neuropsychologists collaborates to deliver well-rounded, individualized care. With practice locations across Massachusetts, Florida, Rhode Island, Illinois, New Jersey, and Maryland, we are dedicated to serving the Greater Boston area and beyond.
Our mission is to spread awareness about the stigma of mental health by providing high-quality, accessible psychiatric care. We understand that every patient has a unique story; therefore, we focus on accurate diagnosis followed by integrative treatment plans tailored to specific needs. Whether addressing depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, autism spectrum disorder, or dementia, our goal is to help patients cope with their diagnoses and improve their quality of life.
BNBA is seeking a full-time Neuropsychologist or Clinical Psychologist to join our outpatient team. In this role, you will administer, score, and interpret tests for cognitive screening, neuropsychological assessment, and psychological evaluations for adolescents and adults. You will be responsible for writing comprehensive psychological assessment reports and maintaining thorough, accurate, and timely documentation consistent with professional standards.
The position offers a strong work-life balance with a Monday through Friday schedule. The typical week includes three full days in the office, with half-days on Thursday and full days on Friday dedicated to remote work for report submission. There are no weekends or on-call requirements. You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals with mood disorders, substance abuse issues, head injuries, concussions, and dementia.
Candidates with a Doctoral degree from an APA-approved Ph.D. or Psy.D. program and a completed 2-year postdoctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology are encouraged to apply. Current Massachusetts licensure is required. We value candidates with an interest in working with culturally diverse individuals and a commitment to anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Boston Neurobehavioral Associates is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of background.
