About the Role

This position offers a flexible outpatient environment where the specific details of the role are negotiable and collaboratively decided between the practice and the physician. The role involves providing comprehensive neurology services, including adult and pediatric care, neuropsychology, diagnostic testing, trauma counseling, and telemedicine. Physicians typically see an average of 20 to 25 patients per day, though this volume can be adjusted based on physician preference and patient needs. The practice ensures full support through dedicated clinical assistants and administrative staff.

Schedule & Compensation

The role is available as Full-Time or Part-Time with a unique schedule designed for work-life balance: no evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties. Compensation ranges from $350,000 to $450,000+ annually, structured as a base salary plus a bonus model. Benefits include malpractice insurance, health/dental/vision coverage, paid time off, a CME allowance, and a 401k with match. Employment can be structured as 1099 or W2, with full details open to negotiation.

Location

The position is based in Lewisville, Texas, serving the greater Dallas area.
