About the Opportunity
CHI Saint Joseph is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neurology physician to join our team in London, KY. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to practice General Neurology within a supportive, patient-centered environment. You will become part of a collaborative medical community with access to advanced technology, including the EPIC electronic health record system integrated throughout all hospital and practice locations.
The position is designed to allow you to shape your own practice while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As a member of our team, you will be expected to understand, support, and implement the facility's mission to deliver health care to those in need. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring that patient care and satisfaction meet or exceed the facility's quality standards.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary guarantee for up to three years, followed by a lucrative production model. The total compensation package includes a quality-based bonus and up to $200,000 in recruiting incentives, which may cover sign-on bonuses, student loan assistance, residency bonuses, and relocation assistance.
Our benefits package is comprehensive, featuring:
- 1 week of CME time with a $4,000 stipend
- 33 days of PTO plus 6 paid holidays per year
